Post-Maintenance Checklist for M300 RTK
After performing maintenance, always follow a strict checklist to ensure the drone is safe and mission-ready:
1. Visual Inspection
Check for cracks, corrosion, or signs of wear on the frame and arms.
Ensure all screws, landing gear, and gimbal mounts are tight.
Verify propellers are undamaged and properly installed.
2. Battery & Power System
Inspect TB60 batteries for swelling or damage.
Check battery connectors for corrosion.
Ensure proper firmware version on both batteries.
Test hot-swap functionality if applicable.
3. Gimbal and Payload
Clean and calibrate the gimbal.
Check for correct camera attachment (Zenmuse H20/H20T etc.).
Confirm video feed and image capture work.
4. Sensors and Antennas
Clean vision and ultrasonic sensors gently.
Test obstacle avoidance in a safe environment.
Verify RTK antennas are properly connected and functioning.
5. Firmware and Software
Make sure all firmware is up-to-date: aircraft, remote controller, payload, and battery.
Sync the controller with DJI Pilot app and verify firmware version.
6. Calibration
IMU Calibration (if the drone was disassembled or moved significantly).
Compass Calibration (especially if drone was in a new area or magnetic interference).

7. Functional Test
Power on the drone and listen for abnormal sounds.
Test flight indoors (low altitude) or in a controlled environment outdoors.

8. Data and Logs
Format SD cards and SSDs if necessary.
Back up flight logs and delete old ones if needed.
